Yana brings to Lirium team a broad range of compliance and regulatory affairs experience in e-commerce, payments, FinTech and blockchain services.

Miss Afanasieva holds a Ms. Sc in Economics from the University of Helsinki and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management.

Yana acted as Head of Regional Compliance for PayPal and Amazon european operations in Luxembourg for many years, after which she continued to enhance and expand her expertise while serving as a CCO / Head of Compliance / Head of Regulatory Affairs for bitFlyer Europe, BitPesa/AzaFinanceGroup, TenX Group and a number of other FinTech and crypto startups, helping them with licensing and regulatory recognition in Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, Spain, UAE, Nigeria, Uganda, and a number of other jurisdictions.
